Mrs. Janie Ruth Howard, 77, of Mount Pleasant, SC, and wife of the later Mr. Robert Howard, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, September 6, 2015. She is survived by her children: Thomas Wright (Patricia) of Kileen, TX, Antinetta Vandershorst (Edward) of Charlotte, NC, Rachelle Wright-Woods (Lafonzo) of Ft. Myers, AL, Arlean Crosby (Vardric) of Charlotte, NC, John Wright (Pam) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Edrenia Wright (Sylvester) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; thirty-four grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; siblings, Rosalind B. Snipe and Ethel Alston; aunts: Hilda Boykin, Maggie Brown and Jenny Delaphose and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family and friends may visit at: 208 5th Avenue, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob Wilson and Louise Bennett Jones; children: Twyla Rasheed, Barry Wright and Edward Wright and grandson, Muhammed Rasheed.
