Mrs. Lauretta Smalls Vandross, 88, of Charleston, SC and a retired Police Matron, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at her residence. Mrs. Vandross is survived by her loving children: Avis Florine Thompson, James Levon Vandross (Juanita), Saundra V. Williams (Jerry), Herman A. Vandross, Susan V. Coaxum (James), Jennifer V. Walton (Tracy), Vanessa N. Vandross, Richard C. Vandross and George C. Vandross (Beverly) and a host of other loving relatives and sympathetic friends.
