Vernessa Frasier Moore, 60, of North Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. She is survived by her loving Husband, Alfred Moore; children, Ylonda (Tracy) Nero Anderson and Synovia (Maureese) Itson; siblings: Anthony Nero, Vera Nero, Zelda Rouse and LaTonia Roberson; grandchildren, Chakeris Tarplin and Ciara Itson and a host of other loving relatives and sympathetic friends. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Robert Nero, Melvin Rouse and Mary Evelyn Rouse and sibling, Gleefus Nero. Family and friends may visit at 2604 Seymour Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405.
